Notifications for system errors

Check the notifications tab to know if there's any error while executing the flows or any other parts of the application.

1 . Click on Notifications option from the menu.

2 . Notification page will open up with list of errors and warnings thrown while executing the system. Like executing the flows, GCS errors, Gupshup verification. etc.

3 . Click on the arrows on top of the table headers to sort the list on field name.

4 . Click on Critical checkbox to view the Critical errors or click on Warning checkbox to view the warning thrown. Critical errors need more urgent attention than the warnings. So you may want to keep a tab on those.

5 . Click on the arrow icon in the log to go to the flow, or message or the section of the application which is linked to the error.
